Custom Products Return

Custom-made products are crafted specifically to your requirements and therefore are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

Defective Issue

If you believe there is an issue with a custom order, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and a description of the problem.

Customer Reasons Return Options

1. Self-Return: You may return the item using your preferred shipping carrier. After shipment, please email the return tracking number to us. Once we receive and verify the return, a full refund will be issued.

2. Prepaid Label from Luchar: Contact us to request a prepaid return label. After we receive the returned item, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

1. We recommend contacting us within 2 days of receiving the package.

2. Please provide clear photo evidence of the damage or packaging issue.

3. Once verified, we will either provide a free return shipping label or work out a refund or replacement solution with you.
